Each softgel contains 3 mg of thiamine (vitamin B-1); 3 mg of riboflavin (vitamin B-2); 20 mg niacin; 0.5 mg vitamin B-6; 1 microgram of vitamin B-12; 5 mg of pantothenic acid; 60 mg of desiccated, defatted beef liver; and 60 mg of brewer's yeast.
